I founded PurposeCentric to help leaders create clarity and set data-driven priorities in an environment where accelerating AI development, rising complexity and political and business uncertainty intersect.

In my experience, transformations and rapid developments in AI and technology need to be anchored in a clear purpose. Purpose provides direction, builds trust and strengthens resilience — helping leaders and teams sustain momentum through complex and often unclear change.

My work builds on more than 20 years in transformation advisory across Big 4 consulting, international organisations and complex multi-stakeholder environments.
